Reflective Insulation Double Bubble White Foil Insulation
The product consists of two layers of aluminum foil with plastic bubble laminated between the aluminum foil, provides excellent insulation: Reflects up to 97% of radiant energy in addition to resisting other types of heat transfer from conduction, convection and radiation.
The two side aluminum foil forms an effective barrier against moisture, air currents and vapors. It is an economical solution for a wide range of industrial, manufacturing and consumer applications.

The aluminium foil plays the role of reflecting radiation heat from sunshine with reflectivity of 96-97%. And the bubble has the function of trapping air so as to stop convection heat. In response to customer's flame retardant requirement, our bubble can be made fireproof so that this product will not easily catch fire and will not encourage fire when fire hazard happens. Our product has passed AWTA's test in thermal conductivity and fireproof performance.
Application
Roof Application
Main material we can do is pure aluminum foil (both one layer or double layers), or metallized PET film with closed cell EPE, XPE or Woven materials inside. These combinations of various materials make effective heat thermal insulation, save water and electric costs, and promote thermal insulation innovation.
Floor Application
A new kind of heat thermal insulation material: soft, light, and easy to install. Features low thermal conductivity, high R-Value & reflectivity, dust-free, non-toxic, and no pungent smell, making it environmental and safe for workers.
Attic Application
Multilayer composite material of aluminum foil for both internal and external surfaces, combined with EPE / XPE in the middle. Heat convection is managed internally, preventing heat dissipation to the outside and offering superior heat resistance and moisture protection.
