A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, and hardware and accessories operating properly under correct use. We offer a 10-year warranty for German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be provided via international courier immediately if in stock, or within 10-15 days depending on material order timelines.
