Measurement & Order Calculation Instructions
The measured width (W) and height (H) of the opening are not the dimensions directly ordered from the manufacturer. Adjustments need to be made according to the installation gap:
Width order size = minimum opening width (W) - installation gap (on each side)
Height order size = minimum opening height (H) - installation gap (on each side)
Installation gap (reserved gap):
This is reserved space for accommodating foam adhesive, adjusting window level and verticality, and adapting to minor deformations.
Conventional value: It is common to reserve a gap of 10mm-20mm on each side (left, right, top and bottom). The specific values need to be determined based on the following factors:
• Wall flatness: The more uneven it is, the larger the gap needs to be appropriately increased.
• Manufacturer requirements: Different profile series may have different standard gap requirements. Be sure to confirm specific requirements with the manufacturer before or after measurement!
Example: The minimum width of the hole measured is W=1498mm, and the minimum height is H=1598mm. The manufacturer requires a 15mm gap to be reserved on each side.
• Width order size = 1498mm - (15mm * 2) = 1468mm
• Height order size = 1598mm - (15mm * 2) = 1568mm
The window frame size ordered from the manufacturer is: width 1468mm x height 1568mm.

What is your payment terms?
Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What kinds of packing do you have?
There are three kinds of packing, such as pearl cotton, pearl cotton + wooden frame, pearl cotton + wooden box. The glass packing is wooden frame/corner guard + strapping, if it is full container, we suggest to use pearl cotton, the glass packing is wooden frame, so it can save more space, and more goods can be loaded in the same container. The best packing is pearl cotton+wooden crate, some bulk goods and some developed countries, such as the United States, Australia and some countries in Europe, need wooden crate packing, because they have special requirements, and the wooden crate can protect the goods well.
